Decent location very close to a maze or corridors as well as the town centre, could not be better. Brand-new, reasonably large room with a balcony and a bed smaller than a queen bed plus heaters turned off! Early check-in, very helpful employees.

Parking possibilities in front or behind the house and as a wheelchair user I was allowed to park in front of the hotel
Barrier-free ??? is something else in my eyes, a step in front of the hotel, toilet for wheelchair users in the corridor and showers are completely impossible

the hotel had a very good location and is easily accessible by public transport. The staff was also friendly at all times.
unfortunately it was very dirty - the beds are made daily but there is a lack of cleanliness especially in the bathroom. Also it was always very loud, as our room was located on the ground floor.

For 5 persons the room was too small.

Good location. Bus station almost directly in front of the house. Also easily accessible by car. Secure parking right behind the house.
We should have left out breakfast for 7 euros. White toast, butter, jam, orange juice, tea and coffee and not all that good.

Room accomadations suited our family size
Too far from city center suggest web site explains how to get to hotel from train station we asked staff member how to get to the car rental facilities and he had no idea. Seems this would be a typical question of guests and something staff should be able to answer.

My daughter and I enjoyed our stay at your hotel. The room was bright and cheery. We enjoyed our breakfast in your sunroom. I think that you should however extend your breakfast hours past 8:30 a.m. As we were travelling we did want to sleep in for 1 or 2 mornings and because we did (until 7:30 a.m.) we unfortunately missed breakfast on those mornings. We also could not open the door to the balcony which we would have liked to do. The key did not open the door. We also did not feel comfortable sleeping with the window open at night because of the communal balcony. The hot water was not working on one of the mornings but the staff apologized for this and it was working later that day. We understand that things like this do happen and it was not a problem for us.
window time frame for breakfast- please extend until at least 9 a.m. -window in the bedroom - screen should be on it

We had a pleasant stay, enjoying the nice hot breakfast and the comfortable rooms. The heating was a bit temperamental at times. I'd definitely consider stopping by again!

I am afraid not a lot, it was all pretty poor. Service was slow and felt ignored and an impositiion at times. The rooms were in poor condition and difficult to sleep on when other occupants getting up at 4am.
